Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
In some cases, due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer. Please allow up to 3 weeks (21 days) for your order to arrive.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Delayed Orders
