At Soléa, we want you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Please check all product descriptions, images, measurements, and the specific size guide provided on each product page before ordering, as sizing may vary between styles.
Returns
Returns are only accepted where required by applicable consumer law and subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below.
To request an eligible return, you must contact us within the legally applicable return period after receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, protective materials, and hygiene seals or liners fully attached and intact.
Swimwear & Hygiene
For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear with a hygiene seal, liner, or protective strip that has been removed, opened, damaged, or altered cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law.
Please try on swimwear over underwear and do not remove any hygiene protection until you are certain you wish to keep the item.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, use, stains, odors, makeup, tanning products, deodorant, or other damage caused after delivery may be refused or may result in a reduced refund where permitted by law.
Change of Mind & Sizing
Please carefully review the size guide for each individual product before purchasing. Measurements and sizing may vary between different products and styles.
Where applicable law provides you with a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, Soléa will honor that right. We do not offer any additional voluntary return or exchange rights beyond those required by applicable law.
Return Shipping
Where permitted by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers are responsible for ensuring the return reaches us safely.
Original expedited or premium shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Any statutory entitlement to reimbursement of standard delivery charges will be honored.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Non-Returnable Items
Subject to applicable consumer law, we cannot accept returns of items that are:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges unless required by applicable law. Where a return is legally eligible, customers may return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order for their preferred item or size.
